I wasn't Samba per say but I kept looking For good new music and 2 months later (POSTED OCTOBER 11, 2009) I posted Up a Drum & Bass remix of Samba Triste  by Baden Powell.

2 weeks later I Brought It Forward With Bim Bom  by Morelenbaum & Sakamoto.

From There I kept It Going

"Every Sunday KayO.LA Presents Bossa Nova, Samba, Drum & Bass and various sounds from Brazil."

"The sun is shining and I cant wait to share this beautiful day with you"

8 posts later this is were we @:

"I looked all over for the a Rita Lee track. All I found was this video taken from "Fantastico" a 70's Brazilian TV Show. It's Really Tripped out but what do you expect for a clip from a 70's Brazilian TV Show??? To Check Out the 30 Year Archive Of "Fantastico" Check out http://especiais.fantastico.globo.com/fantastico30anosatras/

I Dug deeper & Deeper in to the 1960-70’s Brazilian music. I Found Greats Like Antonio Carlos Jobim, Luiz Bonfa, and found a new Generation Holding it down like Bebel Gilberto, and Jussara Silveria.

"KayO.LA Brings You Brazilian Beats Every Weekend With the Sunday Morning Samba Series.. Enjoy the Sounds. If anyone has suggestions for future selections Email Me K@KayO.LA and I'll Check It out.."
Then I Found A Movie From the 1960’s Copacabana Palace So I posted two clips: "The 1st clip had 3 masters of the brazilian sound Joao Gilberto, Tom Jobim & Luiz Bonfa coolin @ the beach with some fly hunnies. The second clip was of the hunnies getting down @ the party (big up to miss chaquieta banana holding it down)"

I Hear A Lot Of Fresh Beats That Were Sampled, Remixed Or Fused With Brazilian Music!
So I Do It For You!
Stay tuned every sunday in 2010 for more sunday morning samba series here on http://KayO.LA
